Every free account can open one case every 20 hours on chartskins.com. The skin you pull is yours forever, on every computer, and you never pull one you already own.

Open it
Go to chartskins.com/case (or click the Daily case bar at the top of the popup / the Locker). Sign in if you haven’t.

Pull a skin
Click Open. Odds: Common 60%, Rare 27%, Epic 10%, Legendary 3%. Duplicates are impossible: once you own a skin, it leaves the case.

Use it
It’s unlocked in the popup and the desktop app right away under Skins. Come back in 20 hours for the next one.
Common questions
Can I buy extra spins?
No. There is nothing to buy in the case, ever. Pro simply unlocks every skin at once.
I own everything the case can give. What now?
New skins drop regularly and go into the case too, so check back.
